- REVOCAR el auto del 16 de diciembre de 2004, por el cual se rechazo la demanda presentada por el ciudadano Emilio Jose Archila Penalosa, contra el numeral 5o del articulo 208 del Estatuto Organico del Sistema Financiero (Decreto 663 de 1993) tal como fue modificado por el articulo 45 de la Ley 795 de 2003 Y ORDENAR al Magistrado Sustanciador que en aplicacion del
- segundo. inciso del articulo 6deg del Decreto 2067 proceda a inadmitir la demanda presentada, con el fin de permitir al demandante corregir su libelo en los terminos senalados en el articulo 2deg del Decreto 2067 de 1991.
